The „Ferienwohnung Neusiedler See“ is located in Weiden am See in a quiet cul de sac very close to the lake, just at the beginning of the Seestraße. The apartment has been completely renovated until July 2022 and offers maximum comfort on 135 square meters. This includes 3 double bedrooms with hotel standard beddings and comfortable matrasses for a pleasant and relaxing sleep. Furthermore the apartment comprises of 2 modern bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub as well as 2 toilets. One of the bedrooms even comes with an ensuite bathroom, toilet and walk in closet.A completely new and fully furnished, high quality built in kitchen which leaves nothing to be disired also belongs to the holiday apartment layout. An open plan Living area with flat screen internet TV, with a large living area and dining area can be reached from the kitchen. Wireless internet, a sound system controllable via bluetooth, a safe, underfloor heating in the wetrooms, garden joint use, a lounge area and a free parking spot directly in front of the apartment complete the offer.The lido, the restaurants „das Fritz“ and the „blaue Gans“ are reachable approx. 10 minutes walking distance. In addition the train station, some local wine „Heurige“ and a bike rental are also just a few minutes away, nevertheless the holiday apartment is very quiet. A beautiful garden with lounge area and sun loungers can be jointly used. There is also a possibility to store brought along bikes in a covered place.
